Toledo Marchetti Advogados has hired five new lawyers in the last month. The new associates are Felipe Lisbôa, Luiza Godinho Leal, Fernanda Ferraz de Almeida Bozza, Kamila Maria de Albuquerque Bezerra and Raphael de Oliveira Reis (in the image from left to right), who arrive to strengthen the team.
Felipe Lisbôa is specialized in contracts, projects, arbitration and regulatory matters, with experience in the infrastructure and construction segments.
Felipe has experience as in-house counsel in legal departments of companies in the infrastructure, construction, logistics and port segments.
He has a post-graduate degree in Business Law from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC/RJ). Graduated in Law from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
Luiza Godinho Leal is a lawyer specialized in the tax and customs areas for the infrastructure and civil construction segments. Luiza has experience in administrative and judicial litigation and in the advisory area, especially in mergers and acquisitions and tax planning.
She represents clients in various types of tax litigation, filing writs of mandamus, preparing personalized defenses, claims and appeals against tax administrative notices and judicial tax executions. She also concentrates her practice in tax advisory and tax planning, especially in mergers and acquisitions.
Luiza has an LLM in Tax Law from INSPER. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
Fernanda Ferraz de Almeida Bozza is specialized in litigation in the infrastructure and civil construction sectors. She has experience in dispute resolution and prevention, working with companies in disputes involving civil liability, contracts and credit recovery.
Fernanda has a post-graduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP). Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Member of the New Generation of the Arbitration and Mediation Center (CAM-CCBC).
Kamila Maria de Albuquerque Bezerra, lawyer specialized in public law in the infrastructure and civil construction sector. She has experience in public administrative law, working with large companies in lawsuits involving public biddings and administrative contracts, as well as in representing these companies before control bodies (Federal and State Audit Courts – TCE and TCU).
Kamila has a post-graduate degree in Administrative Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). She has a law degree from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE).
Raphael de Oliveira Reis is a lawyer specialized in projects in the infrastructure and construction sector, with experience in contracts, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and LGPD (Brazilian General Law of Data Protection). He has a Non-Graduate Course on General Law of Data Protection (LGPD) from Instituto Brasileiro de Direito. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).
