Felipe Lisbôa

Lawyer specialized in contracts, projects, arbitration and regulatory affairs, with experience in ports, railroads, infrastructure and construction segments.

 

Felipe has experience as in-house lawyer in legal departments of companies in the infrastructure, construction, logistics and port segments, with emphasis in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating highly complex contracts and in regulatory affairs. He has participated in the legal and regulatory structuring of several infrastructure projects in Brazil, such as Porto do Açu, Açu Petroleo terminal, Vale’s S11D project, and Belo Monte. In Latin America he has worked, among others, on the Presa Monte Grande project (Dominican Republic), as well as on Nacional Steel Mill and the AstiAlba Shipyard projects, both in Venezuela.

  • Postgraduate degree in Business Law from Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC/RJ).

  • Bachelor of Law from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).

  • Certificate in Port Regulation from FGR/Rio; Government affairs and Advocacy from ITS/Rio.
