His practice focuses on structuring and managing infrastructure and capital projects, with expertise in drafting, reviewing, structuring, and negotiating complex construction contracts, O&M agreements, equipment/supply acquisition contracts, and logistics operation service agreements. He has extensive experience in the port, railway, highway, energy, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
