Flourishing projects, infrastructure and construction practice, Toledo Marchetti Advogados, recently announced the hire of a new partner, distinguished attorney Ana Claudia La Plata de Mello Franco, in a move that bolsters the firm’s environmental department.

 

Ms. Franco holds extensive experience in the legal market, having previously acted as a judge in the Justice Court of São Paulo for almost ten years. In 2008, she began her practice as an attorney, working at prestigious environmental law firms such as Milaré Advogados, Tabet Advogados and Bruno Calfat Advogados.

 

Now, in her new challenge, she will focus on litigation and advisory matters related to environmental law, especially regarding green areas, environmental and urban regularization issues, environmental licensing, remediation of contaminated sites, infrastructure enterprises and its relation to environmental issues, such as renewable energy and sustainability.
