PMI and PNS

Toledo Marchetti is a specialized law firm that advises private partners in the development and presentation of studies and proposals for the public sector, aimed at establishing infrastructure concessions or Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), whether for economic or social purposes. This work is conducted based on Public Administration requests through a Public Call (Expression of Interest Procedure – PMI) or initiated by the private sector (Unsolicited Proposals – PNS).

We also assist private partners in navigating the formal aspects of these procedures at each stage and preparing studies to demonstrate legal feasibility, including the drafting of essential legal documents (such as tender documents, contracts, Terms of Reference, draft legislation, and more).
