New reinforcement to the Toledo Marchetti Advogados team

Taking another step towards the goal of becoming the most important reference in the integrated legal services to the infrastructure and construction sector, Toledo Marchetti announces the joining to our team of Ricardo Medina Salla and Adriana Regina Sarra de Deus, as partner and associate, respectively.

 

Both of them have a strong background in arbitration related to the construction and infrastructure industry, and also advise in the structuring of infrastructure projects.

 

Medina, who will lead our arbitration and conflict resolution team, graduated and holds a master degree in international law from the University of São Paulo. He is a professor and author of books and articles on arbitration and construction. Recommended in construction by Who’s Who Legal, Medina gained notoriety for drafting the recently enacted legislation, which established dispute boards in contracts with the municipality of São Paulo.

 

Adriana graduated and holds a master degree in civil law from the University of São Paulo and, in addition to being a professor, she published articles related to arbitration and construction law.

 

The admission of Medina and Adriana strengthens our arbitration and conflict resolution team, which will be on the same level as the main Brazilian law firms in the advice on arbitration procedures of high complexity.
