Ms. Franco holds extensive experience in the legal market, having previously acted as a judge in the Justice Court of São Paulo for almost ten years. In 2008, she began her practice as an attorney, working at prestigious environmental law firms such as Milaré Advogados, Tabet Advogados and Bruno Calfat Advogados.
Now, in her new challenge, she will focus on litigation and advisory matters related to environmental law, especially regarding green areas, environmental and urban regularization issues, environmental licensing, remediation of contaminated sites, infrastructure enterprises and its relation to environmental issues, such as renewable energy and sustainability.
“The environmental law practice comes to complement the broad portfolio of services provided by Toledo Marchetti Advogados, contributing to mitigate environmental and climatic risks that are inherent to the corporate activity and looking to implement in infrastructure projects the variable of sustainability, so important in the current business scenario in Brazil and in the world. The practice has total synergy with the others offered by the firm and so, it has the mission to provide legal security to our clients in the due equation of the environmental and climatic challenges that involve the projects.”, stated Ms. Franco.
